KU Blockchain hosts educational events, guest speakers, and food is provided at every event. KUBI also has research and development opportunities for undergraduate students interested in gaining technical experience. This organization has a decentralized form of governance wherein members can automatically receive native club tokens (KUBIX) for their contributions in the organization through the KU Blockchain DAO. These tokens are redeemable for merch and make students eligible for travel opportunities to hackathons and conferences.
